I have quite a lot of issues with leaking using different reusable breastpads. I saw the good reviews on these and thought I would give them a try.
They were more expensive than the other pads that I had used, but no better so I wouldn't recommend them.

Oh I am so sorry you aren't loving our Bamboo nursing pads, we have such good reviews about them. It sounds like you need to change the pads more regularly, like any absorbent product, they have a limit of what they can handle. I found the design of these far superior to the two other major brands I tried. Maybe I have sensitive skin or something though because I found the bamboo fabric a bit scratchy after a while, which is a problem I l’ve encountered with other reusable breast pads too. They are still useable but I will wash them a few times and see if they soften up a bit more.

Breast milk (while amazing!) contains a lot of bacteria so proper use and care is needed for the best results. Make sure to change your breast pads frequently avoiding milk buildup drying and potentially causing irritation.Damp nursing pads should be thoroughly hand rinsed immediately after use under cold/warm water to remove milk proteins. Warm machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry on medium heat.
