Our sale strictly runs from 21 November – 2nd December, 2024 at 11.59pm We need to be firm on our dates, as a result, we will not extend the discount outside this period.

WILL MY ORDER STILL BE SHIPPED QUICKLY DURING YOUR SALE?
Yes! We love receiving online orders as much as anyone so we appreciate the anticipation of a parcel arriving! We aim to have your order shipped within 48hrs, however due to Black Friday / Cyber Monday this may take us a little longer. Please also appreciate that couriers will also be extra busy so they may have delays on their end.

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
Items bought during the Black Friday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you, tags must be attached, the items unworn and unwashed. For more information about our Returns Policy, please Return and Exchanges. *If you are returning your order for refund, any free gift must also be returned.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE:
All orders over $150 will receive a free brief. The style will be chosen at random and cannot be substituted. The free gifts are while stock lasts so make sure you get in quick.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT?
This will be our largest sale of the year and stock will run out. If you love a particular style we suggest you don't wait! Stock is limited! In the unfortunate instance, an item from your order is unavailable, it will be automatically refunded and the remainder of your order shipped without delay.

WHAT ARE YOUR SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
The promotional offer is valid only for the promotional period and cannot be backdated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No other discount codes can be used in conjunction with the offer. Limited stock available. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Shipment over the promotional period may take some additional days to process, not inclusive of shipping providers/ delivery times. Please bear in mind that shipping times may experience delays over this period.

The entrant grants permission for Hotmilk Lingerie to contact them to notify of matters about the competition using the details in their order.

For the PRENE bag giveaway, entry into the competition prize draw depends upon an order placed through www.hotmilklingerie.com, www.hotmilklingerie.com.au, www.hotmilklingerie.co.nz, www.hotmilklingerie.co.uk on Monday, 25th November. Competition is open from 12.01am NZT, Monday 25th November and closes 11.59pm, NZT Monday 25th November

These Terms are a contract between each entrant (you) and the Hotmilk Lingerie

1. Term: The Competition starts and finishes on the dates specified by Hotmilk Lingerie at the time of entry. If your entry is received outside of this period you may be disqualified.
2. Prize: The prize(s) for the Competition (Prize) are not transferable or redeemable for cash and all components of the prizes must be taken together. Some or all components of the prizes may be subject to availability, as well as additional terms and conditions set by third parties.
3. Who may enter: To enter the Competition, you must meet any entry criteria specified by the Hotmilk Lingerie and comply with these Terms.
4. How to enter: If you do not follow the entry instructions specified by Hotmilk Lingerie and otherwise comply with these Terms, you may be disqualified. Incomplete entries may not be accepted. Generally, entries may not be modified after submission.
5. Number of entries: Every single order will go in the draw to win
6. Winner: Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) of the prize will be drawn randomly from each prize’s pool comprising all valid entries on the date specified at the time of entry.
7. Contacting the winner: The winner of the Competition will be announced after determination. Hotmilk Lingerie will take reasonable steps to contact the winner by using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If Hotmilk Lingerie cannot contact a winner within one week after the winner is announced or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, then the winner will forfeit the prize and Hotmilk Lingerie may select a new winner.
8. Entries:  By entering the Competition you consent to the Hotmilk Lingerie copying, reproducing, altering, communicating to the public and otherwise using your entry and any Materials all media.
9. Privacy: Hotmilk Lingerie may collect and use personal information about you (including your name, contact details, and any other personal information you provide in connection with your entry) for the purpose of administering the Competition, verifying the validity of entries, contacting winners and checking winners' identities, and marketing the goods and services of the Hotmilk Lingerie to you. As certain information is required for us to run the Competition effectively, if you do not provide accurate information where we request, you may be disqualified from the Competition.
